Construction of the Trump Tower is set to start in the first quarter of 2019, with the Trump Organization saying the project is set for completion in 2019.
Trump announced plans in February that the tower would be built at the corner of East and West Las Vegas boulevards.
In April, Trump signed a memorandum of understanding with developer Eric Trump for the construction of the tower.
The memorandum of intent also allows for a construction permit for the project, which is expected to cost about $6 billion.
Trump has also said the project will create 200 jobs and provide $100 million in tax revenue to the state.
Construction will begin in 2020 with the tower slated to open in 2022.
The tower’s completion would come a few months after Trump signed an executive order barring people from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States.
In March, Trump said construction could begin as soon as 2021, although he would not confirm an exact date.
